Rose Essence Tonic Jelly is an alcohol-free toner in jelly formulation gently hydrates and prepares skin for moisture and helps skin maintain its pH balance. Also, it contains Extracts of Yeast, Euphrasia Officinalis, Melissa Officinalis Leaf, and Magnolia Biondii Flower.
